"As-Is" Condition: All items are sold as "Preloved" or "Customized." By purchasing, the Customer acknowledges that products possess inherent character, including age-related wear, tear, or unique variations from customization.

Authentic Visuals: Online images are of the actual products photographed. However, items may differ slightly in color or appearance due to digital rendering, lighting, or screen settings. Such discrepancies do not constitute misrepresentation.

Booking & Payment: A booking fee is required to reserve an item for five (5) days. Full payment must be settled within this five-day window to confirm the purchase.

Forfeiture Policy: The booking fee is non-refundable if the purchase is cancelled by the Customer or if full payment is not received within the five (5) day period.

Inspection Advisory: We strongly advise Customers to book an appointment for physical inspection prior to purchase. Purchasing without viewing constitutes a waiver of claims regarding "unseen" physical defects or aesthetic dissatisfaction.

Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once payment is processed.

Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against claims of fraud or misrepresentation arising from minor subjective differences between digital listings and physical products.

Liability: Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item sold.
