Booking & Payment: A booking fee is required to reserve an item for five (5) days. Full payment must be settled within this five-day window to confirm the purchase.
Forfeiture Policy: The booking fee is non-refundable if the purchase is cancelled by the Customer or if full payment is not received within the five (5) day period.
Inspection Advisory: We strongly advise Customers to book an appointment for physical inspection prior to purchase. Purchasing without viewing constitutes a waiver of claims regarding "unseen" physical defects or aesthetic dissatisfaction.
Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once payment is processed.
Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against claims of fraud or misrepresentation arising from minor subjective differences between digital listings and physical products.
Liability: Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item sold.
